Zeiss Vision Care Completes Acquisition of Brighten Optix

AALEN, Germany—Carl Zeiss Vision International GmbH announced that it has completed the acquisition of Taiwan-based Brighten Optix, a leader in the field of orthokeratology and specialty contact lenses. This strategic acquisition, initially announced in June 2025, supports Zeiss's objective to expand its portfolio of advanced optical technologies and services, particularly focusing on leading solutions for myopia management, the company stated. The integration of Brighten Optix into Zeiss Vision Care will commence immediately, the announcement from the company said.
