RetinalGenix Technologies to Hire M. Cory Zwerling as New CFO and Interim COO

APOLLO BEACH, Fla.—RetinalGenix Technologies Inc. [OTCQB: RTGN], a leader in advanced retinal imaging and precision medicine, has announced the signing of an agreement to hire M. Cory Zwerling as its chief financial officer and interim chief operating officer, effective January 1, 2026. These are both new positions at RetinalGenix Technologies, the company told VMAIL. Zwerling brings to the company more than three decades of global experience in health care, finance, and operations across pharmaceuticals, medical imaging, biotechnology and digital health, RetinalGenix Technologies said in the announcement.
