Bausch + Lomb Makes Key Appointments to Board of Directors

VAUGHAN, Ontario—Global eye health company Bausch + Lomb Corporation (NYSE/TSX: BLCO) has announced that Eduardo C. Alfonso, MD, an ophthalmologist and expert in corneal and external eye diseases, and Steven H. Collis, former head of Cencora, Inc., have been appointed to its board of directors. According to the announcement, the appointments are effective January 1, 2026, and follow changes announced by the company in August 2025 that saw the resignation of Brett M. Icahn and Gary Hu. The board will now be comprised of 10 directors, the announcement said.
