CooperCompanies Appoints Walter M. Rosebrough, Jr. to its Board of Directors

SAN RAMON, Calif.—CooperCompanies (Nasdaq: COO), a leading medical device company, has appointed Walter M. Rosebrough, Jr. as an independent director, effective January 3, 2026. This appointment, announced by the company's board of directors, is part of a cooperation agreement entered into with Browning West, LP, an investment management firm. As part of the agreement, Rosebrough will join the board’s corporate governance and nominating committee. Furthermore, CooperCompanies said the board has committed to giving serious consideration for Rosebrough to be appointed chair of the board by the end of 2026.
