VSP Vision Taps Dave Plevyak as Chief Insurance Officer

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.—VSP Vision announced today that it has appointed Dave Plevyak as chief insurance officer. Plevyak, who assumed the role on Dec. 9, 2025, joined the company in 1992 and most recently served as senior vice president of finance for VSP Vision Care, the organization's not-for-profit vision benefits business, leading financial planning and analysis. In his new role, Plevyak will lead VSP Vision Care, which serves millions of members in the U.S. through the delivery of eyecare and eyewear services.
