
Johnson & Johnson Reports Q4 and Full-Year 2025 Sales Growth, Issues 2026 Guidance

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.—Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) yesterday announced fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results, reporting year-over-year fourth quarter sales growth of 9.1 percent to $24.6 billion and full-year reported sales growth of 6.0 percent to $94.2 billion. For the fourth quarter, operational growth was reported at 7.1 percent and adjusted operational growth was 6.1 percent, with full-year operational growth of 5.3 percent and adjusted operational growth of 4.2 percent. Within the company’s MedTech segment, vision grew at a reported 8.9 percent in the fourth quarter, or 6.8 percent operationally, to $1.4 billion. For full-year 2025, vision grew at a reported rate of 6.3 percent or 5.3 percent operationally, to $5.5 billion.
