NEW YORK—Women In Optometry (WO) announced it has welcomed seven new professional advisory board members to serve from 2026 to 2028. The WO professional advisory board plays a critical role in guiding editorial direction for the platform and alerting editors to important topics and issues, the announcement said. Each volunteer board member serves for a two-year period, with about half of the board being replaced each year. “We appreciate our advisory board’s commitment to sharing insights, shaping conversations and expanding opportunities for women in our profession,” said WO senior editor Kyla Bazzy. “We look forward to their contributions to WO and beyond.”
