Kits Eyecare Reports Record Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Results

VANCOUVER, British Columbia—Kits Eyecare Ltd. (TSX: KITS), a vertically integrated eyecare provider, has announced record financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. For the full year 2025, the company advised that revenue increased 27.1 percent to a record $202.5 million, compared with $159.3 million in 2024. Gross profit increased 34.4 percent to $72.1 million or 35.6 percent of revenue, compared with $53.7 million, or 33.7 percent of revenue in 2024, an expansion of 190 basis points. Adjusted EBITDA margin percentage improved to 5.8 percent from 4.0 percent and adjusted EBITDA improved by 82.6 percent to $11.7 million compared with $6.4 million in 2024, the announcement said.
