United Opticians Association and McCray Optical Supply Open Submissions for Inaugural Cleaning Cloth Design Contest

LEXINGTON, Ky.—The United Opticians Association (UOA) and McCray Optical Supply have officially opened submissions for the inaugural UOA & McCray Optical Supply Cleaning Cloth Design Contest, the organizations said in an announcement. The nationwide contest celebrates creativity, craftsmanship and community within the optical profession, the two organizations noted. The contest, which runs through March 14, 2026, invites opticians and opticianry students to design the official 2026 UOA Cleaning Cloth. Designs should reflect unity within the profession, according to the announcement.
