Altair Eyewear, Inc. and Cole Haan Renew Global Licensing Agreement for Cole Haan Eyewear

NEW YORK—Altair Eyewear, Inc., a division of Marchon Eyewear and a subsidiary of VSP Vision, and Cole Haan, the American lifestyle and accessories brand, have announced a multi-year renewal of their global eyewear licensing agreement for the exclusive worldwide design, development, production and distribution of optical and sunglass collections under the Cole Haan brand name. Marchon and Cole Haan began a licensing partnership in 2014, with Altair and Cole Haan then inking their exclusive worldwide license agreement in June 2015. This renewal reaffirms the strong alliance between the two companies, Altair said in an announcement.
