The Rodenstock Group Acquires Croatian Suppliers DEA Lens Project and NI-VA Lens

MUNICH, Germany—The Rodenstock Group, a global leader in eye health innovation and manufacturer of biometric, ophthalmic lenses, has announced an agreement to acquire DEA Lens Project d.o.o. and NI-VA Lens d.o.o., the leading lens and device suppliers in Croatia. This acquisition allows Rodenstock to not only integrate long-standing partners but also significantly boost its regional distribution support across Eastern Europe, the announcement said. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by the Rodenstock Group.
