Safilo Group Shareholders Approve December 2025 Financial Statements, Appoint Board of Statutory Auditors and More

PADUA, Italy—Safilo Group, S.p.A. has announced that the group’s shareholders’ meeting was held on April 28, 2026, in a single call, and approved the company’s 2025 financial statements and the board of directors’ report. Furthermore, according to Safilo Group, the shareholders viewed the consolidated financial statements and the sustainability report pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 125/2024. Alongside this, the shareholders’ meeting addressed several other approvals and appointments, including the renumeration policy, a new board of statutory officers, a new incentive and retention plan, an amendment to the company’s articles of association and more.
