
Bausch + Lomb Reports First Quarter 2026 Revenue Growth Across Key Brands, Raises Full-Year Guidance

VAUGHAN, Ontario—Global eye health company Bausch + Lomb Corporation (NYSE/TSX: BLCO) yesterday announced its first quarter 2026 financial results and raised its 2026 guidance. Total reported revenue was $1.244 billion for the first quarter of 2026, as compared with $1.137 billion in the first quarter of 2025, an increase of $107 million, or 9 percent. Excluding the favorable impact of foreign exchange of $42 million, revenue increased by approximately 6 percent on a constant currency basis compared with the first quarter of 2025. Bausch + Lomb also reported that it is raising its 2026 full-year revenue guidance by $45 million to a range of $5.42 billion to $5.52 billion from the previous range of $5.375 billion to $5.475 billion.
