Hoya Achieves Revenue Growth in 2025’s Fourth Quarter and Full-Year

TOKYO—Hoya Corporation (7741:Tokyo) has announced consolidated revenue of 248.1 billion yen for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, up 15 percent from the previous year, and up 9 percent on a constant currency basis. The company attributed this to strong demand in the information technology business. For the full year 2025, the company reported a 9 percent increase in revenue to 947.7 billion yen, which Hoya said is primarily due to its IT business, with support from the imaging business and its Life Care segment, which includes products in the eye sector such as eyeglass lenses and contact lenses. Operating profit increased 12 percent to 285.2 billion yen, Hoya said.
