MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.—Skygen, a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and third-party administration (TPA) solutions for dental and vision benefits management, announced it has appointed Jeff Spahr chief client success officer. In his new role, Spahr will be responsible for shaping and executing a unified client success strategy with a focus on building strategic, trusted partnerships and delivering long-term value for clients across every touchpoint, Skygen said in the announcement. “As Skygen continues to grow, the importance of consistency and excellence in how we deliver for our clients is paramount,” said Steve Berryman, CEO of Skygen.
