Transitions Names Winners of Optical Advancement Educational Grants

PINELLAS PARK, Fla.—Transitions, in partnership with its Optical Advancement Board, has named the recipients of its 2026 Optical Advancement Educational Grant program, which the company said aims to help support and empower the next generation of optometrists and opticians. Transitions Optical received a record number of entries from students across the U.S. this year, the company stated, and awarded two grants of $5,000 to optometry students enrolled and attending accredited U.S. optometry colleges. In addition, Transitions awarded five grants of $1,000 to students attending or aspiring to attend opticianry programs in the U.S.
