TREVISO, Italy and SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.—Rudy Project, an Italian leader in the design and manufacturing of high-performance sports helmets and eyewear, has acquired ownership of Rudy Project North America L.P., its exclusive North American distributor, as of February 2026. Rudy Project will now operate directly in the U.S. market, the company said. This strategic operation also includes the Caribbean region. Alongside this acquisition, Rudy Project appointed Jaclyn Mayer as general manager of Rudy Project North America, effective May 1, 2026. Mayer joins the company following several leadership roles at Canyon Bicycles USA, where she most recently led retail, service and customer experience initiatives across North America.
