LA JOLLA, Calif.—Topcon Healthcare, Inc., a provider of medical devices and digital health care solutions, has announced the acquisition of RetInSight GmbH, a privately held company based in Vienna, Austria, specializing in retinal imaging AI solutions. According to the announcement, the move advances Topcon Healthcare’s vision of Healthcare from the Eye, enhancing access to intelligent diagnostics that the company said will increase access to high-quality eyecare, reduce health care costs, and improve clinical outcomes.
