VSP Vision Names Scott Nehs Chief Legal Officer

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.—VSP Vision announced today that Scott Nehs has been appointed chief legal officer (CLO) and general counsel, effective immediately. Nehs is responsible for all legal affairs for the company’s lines of business, including regulatory compliance, government affairs and corporate risk management, the company stated. He reports to Michael Guyette, president and CEO of VSP Vision. “Scott has over 20 years of legal expertise in various industries, including health care,” said Guyette. “His experience in building high-performing teams and achieving results in a rapidly changing business environment will be invaluable as we continue to drive towards our strategic goals and best serve our stakeholders.”
