VSP Vision Earns 2025 Great Place To Work Certification for Second Consecutive Year

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.—VSP Vision has announced it is once again certified by Great Place To Work for a second consecutive year. According to the announcement, the award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at VSP Vision. This year, 84 percent of employees said VSP Vision is a great place to work—27 points higher than the average U.S. company, and an increase of three points from its first certification last year. Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation, the announcement said.
