Kering Eyewear Acquires Italian Sun Lens Manufacturer Lenti From Safilo

PARIS—Kering Eyewear, part of the global luxury group Kering (KER.PA), announced that it has acquired Italian manufacturer Lenti, a subsidiary of the Safilo Group. Part of the Safilo Group since 1996, Lenti has approximately 100 employees and specializes in molding and surface treatments to safeguard and improve vision in multiple application fields including sun lenses for eyewear, visors, and other protective components for lighting, as well as the automotive and motorcycle industries, the announcement said.
