Lori Archer, CEO of UnitedHealthcare Vision, Named as New Chair of NAVCP

DALLAS—Lori Archer, CEO at UnitedHealthcare Vision, a division of UnitedHealth Group, was recently named as chairwoman on the board of directors for the National Association of Vision Care Plans (NAVCP). Her appointment was announced during the 2025 NAVCP Vision Care retreat in Texas, which took place April 30 to May 1, 2025. As chairwoman, Archer, who brings more than 30 years of experience spanning the vision insurance and optical industry, will work to progress the association’s mission, according to the announcement, highlighting the value vision care brings to all, from patients to providers. Archer will be serving a two-year term, replacing Paul McLean of Unum Dental and Vision.
