Vision Innovation Partners Acquires Eye Care of Delaware

ANNAPOLIS, Md.—Vision Innovation Partners (VIP), a leading Mid-Atlantic eyecare platform with 68 locations, has announced its acquisition of Eye Care of Delaware, a provider of eye surgery and related treatments in the Mid-Atlantic area. This is VIP’s 26th add-on since its founding in 2017, the company said, strengthening its growing network of ophthalmology practices. Eye Care of Delaware was founded in 1997 and offers eye surgery and related treatments to patients in Delaware and surrounding states, according to VIP.
