Safilo Group S.p.A. Launches Shares Purchase Program

PADUA, Italy—Safilo S.p.A., a subsidiary of Safilo Group S.p.A., has announced, as per the authorization granted by the shareholders’ meeting held on April 24, 2025, that it has engaged Kepler Cheuvreux as a qualified third-party broker, to launch starting from June 25, 2025, the Safilo Group S.p.A. ordinary shares purchase program on behalf of Safilo S.p.A. Safilo reports that this program launches in full independence, also in relation to the timing of any single transactions and in compliance with the applicable legislation and the provisions of the shareholders’ meeting resolution.
