ReFocus Eye Health Acquires New View Eye Center, Provider of Laser and Specialty Eyecare Services

STAMFORD, Conn.—ReFocus Eye Health, a regional network of ophthalmology practices in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic region, announced the acquisition of New View Eye Center, a provider of laser and specialty eyecare services to the greater Washington metropolitan area with locations in Reston and Leesburg, Va. This partnership will “enhance New View's day-to-day administrative and financial operations while maintaining the personalized care their patients have come to know and trust,” the announcement said. The transaction was completed as of June 24 and is effective now, with no changes to New View’s leadership or the ReFocus corporate leadership team, the company told VMAIL.
