HEBRON, Ky.—Zeiss Vision Care, a leading manufacturer of eyeglass lenses and ophthalmic instruments, announced that the company is donating eyeglass lenses free of charge to the victims of the recent Texas floods. By working in partnership with local eyecare professionals, this effort is intended to help those in Texas who may have lost their eyewear and need a quick solution to sustain their eyesight, the company stated. “When a natural disaster hits, one of the most critical components of rebuilding is to ensure victims can quickly replace or replenish their essential medical supplies,” said Gary Rosenblum, president and CEO of Zeiss Vision Care US.
