Pacific University Names Bisant A. Labib, OD, as Dean of College of Optometry

FOREST GROVE, Ore.—Pacific University has announced that Bisant A. Labib, OD, FAAO, Dipl(CEC), has been named as the new dean of its College of Optometry. Dr. Labib brings extensive experience to the role, the announcement stated, having served most recently as associate dean at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus at Drexel University, where she oversaw academic affairs and programs. A full professor, she also was director of the clinical internship program and co-chief of primary care service at the affiliate clinic, The Eye Institute
