Menicon America Inc. Achieves ISO 13485:2016 Certification

NORTH BILLERICA, Mass.—Menicon America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Menicon Co., Ltd., a leader in the development of contact lenses and lens care solutions, has announced it has achieved ISO 13485:2016 certification, a globally recognized standard for quality management systems specific to the medical device industry. The certification was issued by the National Quality Assurance (NQA) under certificate number 23667, according to the announcement. NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help companies improve processes, performance and products and services. The organization has issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries.
