CooperVision and AOA Team up for Residency Forum

SAN RAMON, Calif.—CooperVision and the American Optometric Association’s Contact Lens & Cornea Section (AOA-CLCS) co-hosted more than 20 optometrists earlier this month at their Residency Forum 2025, the organizations recently reported. The three-day program, held in Houston, Texas, featured hands-on learning, interactive panel discussions, and leadership development sessions, aimed at preparing attendees for more successful careers, according to the announcement. Highlights from the event included six wet-lab tracks offering real patient contact lens fitting and troubleshooting experience in conjunction with Bellaire Family Eye Care; a lifestyle-focused panel discussion on matching lens technologies to patient needs; and interactive leadership development and peer networking sessions.
