JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—Advancing Eyecare (AEC), a leading provider of ophthalmic instruments and solutions in North America, has announced the promotion and appointment of four key executives to its leadership team, reinforcing what the company noted as its strategic focus on customer-centric solutions, operational excellence, and transformative growth. As part of the leadership appointments, Paul Rodio has joined AEC as chief operating officer (COO), Wayne Stobie has been named chief transformation officer (CTO), Kristen Tischler has been promoted to chief marketing officer (CMO) and Jennifer Flowers has been promoted to president, Advancing Eyecare Business Services, the company told VMAIL. The CTO and CMO roles are newly created positions.
