JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—Vision at Johnson & Johnson has announced the appointment of Paul Lisenby as global head of research and development, Vision, effective August 4, 2025. In this role, Lisenby is responsible for shaping global research and development (R&D) strategy, driving innovation across the Vision portfolio, and accelerating transformative solutions, the company advised.
