SUNY College of Optometry Foundation to Honor Visionary Leaders at 2025 Value of Vision Reception

NEW YORK—The SUNY College of Optometry Foundation announced that it will present its 2025 Visionary Awards to Millicent (Millie) Knight, OD, Michelle Lewis, and Susan Olivo at the Value of Vision Reception on October 25 in New York City. The college stated that these three leaders have championed access, equity, and innovation in health and vision care through their advocacy, partnerships, and dedication to the Foundation's mission. The Visionary Awards recognize individuals whose leadership and collaboration have strengthened the college’s work in education, research, and patient care while expanding opportunities for underserved communities, the announcement said.
