Europa Eyewear Makes Four Key Leadership Appointments

CHICAGO—Europa Eyewear, a leading designer and manufacturer of premium independent eyewear, has announced four strategic leadership appointments to advance what it said is its mission of building a growth-oriented eyewear platform. Among the changes announced are the appointment of Laura West as chief financial officer and a realignment of key responsibilities for three current Europa senior executives, according to the company. The moves are effective September 15, 2025. “These appointments reflect a strategic shift from business unit-specific leadership to a more integrated, enterprise-wide structure—enabling greater agility, collaboration, and scalability as the company enters its next phase of growth,” said Megan Molony, CEO of Europa Eyewear.
