EyeCare Partners Appoints Chadi Chahine as Chief Financial Officer, Joel Day Named to Board of Directors

ST. LOUIS—EyeCare Partners, a leading provider of clinically integrated eyecare, has announced the appointment of Chadi Chahine as its new chief financial officer (CFO), a role in which he will oversee strategic planning, implementation and management of all finance activities, including accounting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management and procurement. Chahine joined the organization in September, working alongside outgoing CFO Joel Day to ensure a seamless transition and continued support through the company’s ongoing SAP upgrade implementation. Day, who served as CFO since June 2024 has been named to the board of directors, the company advised.
