Palm Optical Names Ugur Ulusoy as CEO

MIAMI—Palm Optical, an eyewear distributor owned by OWP, announced that it has appointed Ugur Ulusoy to the role of chief executive officer, effective August 2025. With more than two decades of experience, Ulusoy steps into a leadership role dedicated to furthering the legacies of its renowned brands including Cazal, Caviar and Goliath—collections celebrated for their bold style, craftsmanship and industry impact, the announcement said. Ulusoy’s appointment replaces Christian Jamin, according to the company.
