Unifeye Vision Partners Names Mark Garvin as New CEO

DALLAS—Unifeye Vision Partners (UVP), an operator of ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) with supporting practice management services in the ophthalmology industry, has announced the appointment of Mark Garvin as chief executive officer. Garvin succeeds Martin Rash, who will remain with UVP as executive chairman of the board of directors, the company noted. Garvin brings to the position more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry, including most recently at Banner Health and previously at United Surgical Partners International (USPI), the announcement said.
