Safilo Group Confirms Submission of Non-Binding Offer to Acquire 2 Businesses From Inspecs Group

PADUA, Italy—In reference to Inspecs Group’s “Statement regarding possible offer,” which was released to investors on October 23, 2025, on October 24, Safilo Group confirmed it has submitted a non-binding offer to acquire the Eschenbach Group and BoDe businesses of Inspecs. Safilo Group said this is part of the Group’s activities to explore new investment opportunities; as of press time “there is no certainty regarding the outcome of any such offer,” according to Safilo Group.
