EssilorLuxottica Appoints Brandi Marsh as SVP of Human Resources, Professional Solutions North America

NEW YORK—EssilorLuxottica announced it has appointed Brandi Marsh to the new position of senior vice president of human resources for Professional Solutions in North America, effective immediately. The company said Marsh will oversee HR strategy across Professional Solutions North America, including talent development, organizational design, employee engagement and sense of belonging. Bringing more than 25 years of global HR leadership experience to the position, most recently serving as SVP of Global HR for DePuy Synthes, the Orthopaedic Company of Johnson & Johnson, Marsh will be an integral part of the Professional Solutions N.A. executive leadership team, reinforcing the company’s medtech journey with top talent, the announcement said. Marsh will report to Fabrizio Uguzzoni, president of Professional Solutions, EssilorLuxottica, Americas.
