Celularity and DefEYE, Inc. Form Partnership to Advance Growth of Regenerative Therapies in Eyecare

FLORHAM PARK, N.J.—Celularity Inc. (Nasdaq: CELU), a company focused on regenerative and cellular medicine for age-related and degenerative diseases, has formed a strategic partnership with DefEYE, Inc., a new, privately-held ophthalmic product and technology company. This collaboration includes an exclusive license and pricing agreement with DefEYE, established after Celularity's in-kind investment in DefEYE's $12 million series seed preferred equity funding round, the announcement noted. DefEYE announced its launch as an independent company on October 1, 2025.
