BEDFORD, Mass.—Ocular Therapeutix Inc. (NASDAQ: OCUL), an integrated biopharmaceutical company in the retina space, yesterday reported financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2025. Total net revenue was $14.5 million for the third quarter of 2025, marking a 5.8 percent decrease compared with total net revenue of $15.4 million in the comparable quarter in 2024. The company attributed the reduction in net revenue to what they identified as a significantly more challenging reimbursement environment in 2025 for Dextenza, its FDA-approved corticosteroid for the treatment of ocular inflammation and pain following ophthalmic surgery in adults and pediatric patients. The company also reported net revenue of $38.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, reflecting a decrease of $7.8 million or 16.8 percent over the nine months ended September 30, 2024.
