Optical Women’s Association Pleiades Award Nominations Set to Close November 15

DALLAS—The Optical Women’s Association (OWA) recently shared a reminder that nominations for the Pleiades Award—also known as the “brightest star you know”—are due by Saturday, November 15. Each year the OWA said it presents the award to an individual, male or female, who exemplifies a passion for promoting the leadership role of women in the optical industry. The recipient will be honored in Orlando, Fla., during Vision Expo at the annual OWA Champagne Breakfast and Star Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, March 11.
