New England College of Optometry Announces Winners of Student Innovation Awards

BOSTON—New England College of Optometry (NECO) announced it has named Michelle Shang, OD, (class of 2026) and Megan Ngo, OD, (class of 2027) as winners of the school’s annual Student Innovation Award, with Daniel Zhou, OD, (class of 2029) as a finalist. The competition was designed to promote and support creative problem-solving and innovation by NECO students, the university said, and it took place during a ceremony on the first night of NECO’s fifth annual Industry Collaborative.
