
Harrow Reports First Quarter Results, Points to High Demand for Vevye

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Harrow (Nasdaq: HROW), a leading provider of ophthalmic disease management solutions in North America for both the front and back of the eye, has announced results for the first quarter that ended March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue of $44.2 million for the quarter, including a non-recurring gross-to-net revenue adjustment connected to new commercial coverage for Vevye that lowered revenue by approximately $8 million. A prescription drop, Vevye (cyclosporine ophthalmic solution) 0.1% is used to treat the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease.
