AKN Group Acquires Götti Switzerland and Eyetech Lenses

LUGANO and WÄDENSWIL, Switzerland—AKN Group (formerly Akoni Group), a member of the Alsara Investment Group, has announced the acquisition of Götti Switzerland, a globally known independent eyewear brand for more than 25 years. Included in the acquisition is premium lens company Eyetech. This marks AKN Group’s first acquisition since its establishment in 2019, the group said.
